Carved horizontal bands and nuanced cobalt blue glaze make this handmade urn contemporary yet classic. It will be a bright and elegant artwork to honor your beloved family member, a lovely addition to any home without looking "urn-like" (in the words of so many of our customers). The glaze is a variegated blue that ranges from darker to lighter cobalt, almost purple-y in the lighter areas.
The flanged lid fits completes the round form and can be permanently sealed with a few drops of epoxy on the underside of the flange.
